Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
Havern is an AI front-desk service for tour and experience businesses, operated by Asenvi Business Solutions in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you book an intro, email us, or call our demo line: your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
- Demo-call information — if you call our live demo number, the call is handled by our voice-AI provider and may be processed or recorded so the demo can respond and so we can improve it.
- Basic site data — standard, non-identifying analytics (such as pages viewed) to understand how the site is used. The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser — we do not collect the numbers you enter.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up a Havern front desk for your business.
- To operate, secure, and improve our service and this site.
- To send you information you've asked for. We don't send marketing you didn't request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Havern (for example, our voice-AI, scheduling, and email tools), only as needed to provide the service — or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email hello@asenvi.ca and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
